Development resumed, new version here.

• Added box, slide, wheel and deleter in the wall list. They can be selected, but they don't function yet.
• Pressing Shift while in free look camera now moves it 4 times quicker.

I'd say it's a development build cause the whole 0.1.3 update shall include entities support.
